Terms and conditions for joining the Ragnarok Online crew

I want to keep the members count limited because otherwise the individual artists would go down in the crowd. I assume that there will be many artists in this crew who know each other already but also a few unknown faces. But still, we are kind of connected, we managed to find each other on ourselves before. Strangers might be friends of the artists we already know.
With too many people in the crew the user pages would explode from linking too many user icons. Let's still keep this crew special because otherwise we could just create a club, as well.

I'd suggest around 20 slots.
Exceptions can be made for very talented and devoted artists of course. :3

- You must be doing Ragnarok Online related fanworks.
It doesn't matter what you do. Drawing fanarts, editing sprites, creating graphics like icons and signatures, writing fanfictions or something else that is creative – either is fine.
I don't care how much RO related stuff you already have in your gallery, the important thing is that visitors can view it in your gallery. If not now then hopefully in the future. Just be sure to not leave it to one deviation only.

- You need to be active
No one wants to go to your page and then realizing that you're inactive and don't upload anything anymore. People should be entertained and get the a good image of the crew. Represent us as well as you can.

- You must create an icon in the same style of the other members and feature them on your dA page.
It looks prettier and marks you as a member.
I thought about leaving uploading the icon as your dA icon as optional for everyone ... but it's not possible for non-subscribers to link images. So I'd rather not want to mess it up and make it to a condition. If you want to be a part of this you should be devoted enough to use a new icon.
Same goes for the linking the other artists on your page – wether it is your journal or your shoutboard.

- Add every member to your friends list.
This one is optional but it's for the community's sake! I know that there are people who don't friend anyone or only friend very special people. I respect it if you want to stick to it.</font>


More about the icon

We didn't agree on anything yet but thought of the following options.

1.50x50 px animated icon with your RO character.
Animation can be anything, it's up to you! But don't make it too long because of deviantART's size limitations. It has a border and your name (doesn't matter if dA name or nickname or abbreviation) at the bottom of the icon.

2.Transparent icon with your RO character, pixeled in SD / chibi style by yourself.
It has no border but your name at the bottom of the icon.

3.50x50 px portrait of your RO character drawn by you.
It has a border and your name at the bottom.

Please tell me which you like best. Of course we can help each other with creating the icons.
More ideas are always welcome!

If you'd like to, we can also create a new account which collects watermarked deviations of our works. With links to the original deviation just like they do in clubs.
